At DWH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We know that sometimes things donβt work out, which is why we have a simple return policy in place.
Eligible Returns
You can return most items that are new and unopened within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please make sure all items are in their original condition, with tags still attached and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
How to Return an Item
- Reach out to our customer service within 7 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
- Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Send the package back using a trackable shipping method.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our mistake or if the item is defective. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for your package.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please get in touch with our customer service team. Exchanges depend on product availability.
